To produce healthcare professionals and provide consultative services through the provision of:

Providing quality teaching and learning experiences which promote value, excellence and cultural diversity, providing all students with opportunities to develop the knowledge, understanding, and skills characteristic of an educated person for successful employment or advanced studies through a variety of health disciplinary and professional degree programs to meet individual, local and national needs of internationally recognized standards.
- Research & Development and Consultancy Excellence
Promoting research, scholarship and development of an integrated knowledge through multi and interdisciplinary research that are relevant to the country's needs and the development of leaders of global distinction in the field of health sciences.
Programmes Offered
There are two programmes offered by this faculty in UiTM Pulau Pinang, Bertam Campus, which are:-
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (HS111)
- Diploma in Environmental Health (HS113)
